About BukuHR
BukuHR is a Malaysia-first Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that helps businesses manage employees, leave, attendance, payroll, claims, overtime and HR approvals in one connected platform.
BukuHR is built for Malaysian SMEs, growing and multi-branch businesses, HR departments, payroll and finance teams, business owners and directors. Enterprise organisations can add recruitment, analytics, audit logs, API and webhooks.
Yes. Malaysian payroll is included from the Professional plan. It covers payruns, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF handling, payroll approval and locking, payslips, bank exports and year-end processes including EA forms.
Yes. BukuHR offers a 14-day free trial. The first 10 employees are included in every plan.
Core is RM69 per month, Professional is RM249 per month and Enterprise is RM449 per month, with annual options of RM690, RM2,490 and RM4,490. Each includes the first 10 employees. Prices are before 8% SST.
Employee self-service is mobile-friendly and works in a phone browser. BukuHR does not currently offer native iOS or Android apps.
Organisations can enquire about standalone deployment on their own infrastructure. Standalone deployment is quoted separately and is not part of the subscription plans.
Not currently. Approvals are one-step manager approvals, and sign-in uses BukuHR accounts. We only list features that are available today.

Malaysian payroll
BukuHR Professional and Enterprise handle EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS (SIP), PCB (MTD) and HRDF (HRD Corp) within the payroll process.
Yes. A payrun goes through approval and can then be locked, so approved figures cannot be changed afterwards.
Yes. Payslips are generated for the employees in each payrun.
Yes. BukuHR produces bank exports from an approved payrun. Enterprise adds bank payout batches. Bank names shown on this site describe export formats only and do not imply any partnership.
Approved claims and overtime can be included in the payrun, so they are not re-keyed into a spreadsheet.
BukuHR includes EA and year-end processes in the Professional plan. Always confirm filing obligations and deadlines with the relevant authority or your advisor.
No. The information on this website is general product and educational information. Statutory rules change, so confirm requirements with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp or a qualified adviser.

Each plan includes the first 10 employees. Additional employees are charged per month at RM6 on Core, RM18 on Professional and RM29 on Enterprise.
No setup fees are listed on this page. Standalone deployment on your own servers is quoted separately.

Malaysian payroll starts from the Professional plan. Core covers people management, leave, attendance and approvals.
