What this notice covers

It applies when you browse this marketing website, submit the enquiry form, open a WhatsApp chat from this site, or change cookie preferences. It does not apply to employee data processed inside the BukuHR product for customers.

Enquiries via WhatsApp

When you use the contact form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message that can include your name, company, work email, optional phone number, employee range, enquiry type, plan interest, message and the page that referred you. Sending that message is optional and happens in WhatsApp on your device. We use the details you send to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or trial discussion, and keep a record of the conversation as needed to respond.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms. Their own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of WhatsApp. We do not control Meta's processing. Prefer email at asyraf.pauzi@fasttrade.my if you do not want to use WhatsApp.

Other information we may process

• Technical logs that hosting providers may collect (for example IP address, user agent and request time) to operate and secure the site.
• Your cookie preference, stored in your browser so we do not ask on every visit.
• If analytics is enabled and you consent, page-usage metrics as described below.

Why we use this information

We process enquiry details to respond to you and to run our sales and support conversations. We process technical and cookie data to operate, secure and improve the website. Where Malaysian personal data protection rules require a basis for processing, we rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and running this site, and consent where we ask for it (for example analytics cookies).

This website does not currently load analytics. If that changes, analytics will only load after you give consent.

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask on every visit.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Enquiry details you send may be seen by FASTTRADE VENTURES staff who need them to reply. Service providers that host this website or provide email may process technical data on our behalf. WhatsApp / Meta process messages you send through their service under their policies.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, dispute handling and record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you from this website, subject to applicable law. Contact asyraf.pauzi@fasttrade.my. You can also stop a WhatsApp conversation at any time in the WhatsApp app.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
